From the viewer choose Help->About Second Life, from the two-paneled popup window, select everything in the top panel and copy (control-c if you are using Windows) it. Then on this issue choose Edit this issue from the links on the left. In the Environment window paste (control-v if Windows) what you copied. Then click on Update.

The issues of VWR-7957 and VWR-9358 are solved for most people by upgrading to version 1.22, but there are some things you have to do when upgrading that are described on those issues, like rebaking.
