 Description  « Hide
1) seems that an E8400 is reported as an intel pentium3 xeon by sl...but that is not the main issue
2) both cores of the e8400 are running above 90% all the time wich seems a lot...
3) when selecting another window than SL (ex:internet explorer) then one core goes to 100% constant and the other core goes down to 20% / but sometimes they both stay at above 90% to 99%
4) when in SL, if the avatar is static, then both cores go near 100% and frame rate is around 90 per second but if i start walking in SL then frame rate drops to around 40 and cores drops to about 70%
5) as an exemple, : i am now writting to you so one core is at 100% constant and the other core at 20 %
6) if i select only one core for SL, then that core is constant at 100% whatever i do on the PC, for exemple now i am writting to you and i selected only one core for Sl. this one core was at 100% constant, then i left this page to go onto SL, i walked a bit and came back to this page...now both cores are running at about 16 to 20 %
7) this is a very disturbing bug as it puts the pc under a lot of stress.
