 Description  « Hide
1. Since the last update (1.22.11 (113941)), I can not log into Second life.
2. I have tried logging in and after a few seconds it reports: Unable to connect to Second Life. Despite to our best efforts something unexpected has gone whrong.
3. My graphics card is not supported by Second life, but it was working appropriately with the previous version 1.21.6.99587.

Is there any way that I could use the previous version 1.21.6.99587.

Cruella, the error message usually indicates a connection issue. This can be checked wth a TraceRoute, see this article in Knowledge Base How do I check for packet loss (network lag)?

Please check to see if the Second Life 1.22.11 (113976) Mar 6 2009 16:05:03 (Second Life Release Candidate) will allow you to login. The Release candidate can be downloaded here from Test Viewers Release Candidate Test Viewers

If this is still an issue please completely uninstall ALL versions of the Second Life Viewer and reboot your computer.
Then download a new copy of the 1.22 Viewer. How do I fully uninstall and reinstall Second Life?
This will allow you to reauthorise Second Life with any internet security programmes you have.
