1. Upload a texture of size: 8x8 or 4x16 (others may be affected but these show the problem well)
2. After upload, compare original texture to uploaded version - they do not match, even allowing for the texture-wrapping at the edges.
This affects both lossy and lossless textures, though the results look different for each.
In addition, this makes it very hard, nay impossible to produce low-poly sculpt meshes for e.g. door frames (low poly is desired for easier texturing). Several other people in the sim also saw the same effect. Clearing cache did nothing, and relogging without clearing made no difference either. The textures only seem to load 25-50%, or otherwise are strangely distorted.
I've tested 8x32 uploads and those work flawlessly.
