Unique, please clear Cache, see this article in Knowledge Base How do I clear my Second Life cache?

If this is still an issue please post a Ticket with Support for account-specific help

Thank you : )

Ella McMahon, this issue for me has been on going on for months now. I kinda had figured when I first noticed the issue that it was a viewer bug issue. But after updating with each new viewer update, the issue still remains. And I am constantly clearing my Cache. So clearing the cache does not fix the issue.

I will however post a ticket with support.

Well Support wont help me because I am a basic account holder. I have been an active member of the Second Life community since 2006, I believe this is really unfair.

Please provide me with other possible solutions to this issue. I have search all over the Knowledge Base. And only one others person ticket is identical to the issue I am having. Again all that was stated in theres was to clear cache or contact support. But again I have clear cache too many times to count and that does not solve nor fix the issue.

Again please provide me with other possible solutions to fix this issue with my multiple notecard & Landmark Folders in my Inventory.

Please contact support with this issue and explain what has happened and ask for the inventory to be repaired.

I have analyzed this exact fault condition and its partially possible to repair using a modified/3rd party viewer but this can do more halm than good. The only real solution is to ask support to do an inventory repair on your account

There is an option for Tickets for Basic and Guest Accounts to report Inventory issues.

There was an item in my inventory window, but it isn't working or is missing: Tell us if you've lost or are experiencing problems with an object in your inventory.

Please re-submit a Ticket and see what help and advice Support can give you.

Please see http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Issue_tracker for detailed information about this pJIRA Issue Tracker re Technical Support and the Status of your issue.

Thank you : )

Thank you Ella for showing me how to get support to help me out.

Many Thanks to Amber Linden for doing the following:

Hello Unique,
Thank you for contacting Second Life Support.
I have run a process which sometimes helps clear inventory item issues such as you are experiencing.

I now have my inventory folders all back to normal, no more duplicate folders that cant be deleted. yay!
