none of those solutions work because the loss was caused by a bug, specifically because I attatched an item that was ont he ground, is it possible for you to retrieve the item for me?

No, it's not. This is different from SVC-2956
In this case, an item attached from the ground did not get a folder assigned. This is an existing bug in SL that causes Inventory loss. It's right that support can restore your items that are not in folders, but LL should work on preventing the issue where items worn from ground do not appear in inventory at all. |
