When filing a Pjira, it's necessary that you provide a detailed explanation of what you are experiencing, your computer environment (specs) along with step-by-step reproducible steps. Your computer environment can be found under the Help menu, About Second Life. You can take the information at the top of this screen and paste it here in Jira.

Incomplete issues will be resolved as "needs more information" until complete information is provided.

I am receiving group notices from "PixelDolls VIP" I unchecked the box that says "receive group notices" and have even left the group and yet I continue to receive group notices from them? How can I make them stop?

Thank you,
Xalia Arliss

Did you also happen to sign up for their subscribe-o-matic? These will send you the same types of notices. The easiest way is to go to the store, click and click on the sign - it will either ask you to sign up, which you can deny or it will tell you you have left the group.
