 Description  « Hide
Add a possibility to rename the friends in the friend-list, like other chat application allows.
The storage of these names, can be local disk, or server-side (preferred)

Example, if I've a friend named "Torley Linden", so I can edit this name to "TL - my favourite Linden"

This allows also categorizing of friends, e.t.c.

This is a great idea. Being able to put some sort of designation in front of a name like: RFL - <name> so that I know what the contact is related to and be able to sort by it would be great.

Being able to have a second field that is editable to do the same thing would be one better.

Being able to have folders that can expand and contract like you can in inventory with calling cards, would be ideal

I´m not sure if this issue isn´t a duplicate of VWR-890. You might want to have a look at it and if your feature request is covered then you could close your issue

the comment from Charlene Trudeau sounds like VWR-890, but what I meant, is to fully rename the friends, like other IM-Application allows.
