 Description  « Hide
I noticed we could not see the yellow line when divided land with basic shader. I send two images with the same selection.

Picture 1: without basic shader.
Picture 2:with basic shader.

I do not know if this had already been sent, but I need to disable the basic shader every time if i divided the land submarines.

thank you.

Repros for me, on 1.22.3 (105377) (Release Candidate) AND 1.22.4 (105784) (Public Nightly):

When Basic Shaders are enabled:

  • underwater Property Lines are not visible when camera is above water
  • underwater 'Select Land' highlight box is not visible when camera is above water

Alternative workaround (might be faster than disabling/enabing basic shaders):

  • Enable Advanced menu (Ctrl-Alt-D)
  • Ctrl-Alt-Shift-7 will now toggle the rendering of the water

Hi Yann, thanks for reporting this.
I can reproduce this behavior on 1.20 viewer as well, so it doesnt appear to be new behavior. I recognize your point about it making things harder to work on land parcels underwater.

Gellan- thanks for pointing out a workaround (Ctrl-Alt-Shift-7 toggle). To your additional point raised about Property lines-- Property Lines actually can be shown underwater even with Basic Shaders – by choosing Tools > Show Hidden Selection.
