Linden Lab Issue ID: SL-45350

 Description  « Hide
I was surprised I didn't find this issue in the JIRA, so I'm creating it. Basically, add an option for counting an object's prims while it is still in your inventory. A simple value in the properties menu would be ideal.

Well, I'm glad you reported it, McCabe! Somewhat like VWR-357, this may not be as easy as it seems as first glance due to how the asset system works (I'll need to confirm that with our devs), but undoubtedly, there are useful properties shown when an object is rezzed inworld that are hidden while they're in your inventory, e.g., aggregate creator shown as "(unknown)".

And I should also add this would be extremely useful for all the times you're low on parcel prims and trying to figure out if you can rez something, instead of going by trial-and-error.

It would be nice if the number of prims in an unlinked set would also be evident.
