SVC-553 numerous reports of objects, notecards, scripts, gestures "missing from database"

Cloths, items, OA, skins ect... All are giving "Missing from database" error as I try to use and or put on. Or half of a boot will work and the other half is missing from database. Things I am wearing, take off, and try to put back on goes missing aswell. Someone suggested I clear cache, log out then back in. That only made it worse. Skin I was wearing is now missing, so is my shape, even if I can see them and selected them in my inventory list.
