EDIT: this issue isn't about the flood any more, it's now about missing "<user> left this session" The flood of leaving notices in Group Chat is back. This has been filed already in multiple VWR type bugs. Though as this is a SVC issue, I'm recreating this as a bug inside the services section and will link all other bugs to this. This is a request to revert to the semantics of displaying that people left the group, to pre 1.13 or when this flood started. The semantics was as follows: When someone is leaving group chat, if that person spoke during the session, display "<person> left this session", else silently drop that person from the session. This will be informational and not flooding. The flood is definitely to be considered as a bug. The missing of the leaving notices is a missing feature.
