I finally received one of the two items mentioned in my complaints. The one item I have never received is the "Unisex" Medieval Female and Male Bard Costume" and the merchant is Eleannah Seymour. It cost $L160. I needed the outfit to wear, so I re-purchased it in-word and would prefer reimbursement of the $L160 as I do not need two outfits. Thank you in advance.

I run two business and I am tired of having to try and solve my own problems here when it is LL who cannot get it straight. I would like my complete inventory which never loads the same amount of items. If I pay for a product in game or on SLX I do expect to receive it. If the fault is with SL then it is not my duty to go though 7 steps to get my things back. I am a premium member, and I have I would like the items I have purchased, some many times over. I do believe it is a janitor on the night shift in some warehouse on an old IBM, with the wrong sized screwdriver, running SL. You ought to be ashamed. Bad business practices are never excusable, only noted and filed away for when the average Joe Blow with well turned attorneys, gets fed up and wants satisfaction. I bought a set of clothes at Second Threadz (Home Of The Com, Grignano (164, 245, 27) and I just got the sign. NO clothes but it looked like a box to rez. But when I did that at my home, just the ad sign came out. I have had similar problems with anoter issue that I phoned about (with skype) and that I could not make appear in my inventory. OI bought a set of clothing but no clothes came into my inventory. The Second Life number is 4051-5005318 and I was asked to contact the vendor. I don't think the problem is there but in Second LIfe's Release Candidate application.

This leaves me less time for content creation and leaves me in a frustrated state of mind before I even start. I am finding it increasingly hard to be polite to my customers as I sort out their problems as a result. This is of course is misdirected anger - it's LL I should be venting my frustration at!
So this evening I decided to do exactly that - SORT IT OUT LL!
YOU ARE STIFLING MY CREATIVITY, UPSETTING MY CUSTOMERS AND MAKING ME DREAD LOGGING IN EVERY DAY.
I don't want to see new versions of Dazzle or Windlight until this is fixed! I don't care about minor fixes to this and that - this undelivered items bug is an immense issue to me, far more important than any other fix I have seen you implement in the last 10 months. It frustrates both me and my customers, many of whom don't realise it's LL's fault and will accuse me of ripping them off.
I am planning a new customer support mechanism for my shop whereby I will be actively encouraging customers to report each and every failed item delivery incident directly to LL. I will be making it as easy as I possible can for them to do so. Having dealt with so many failed transactions I understand that the 'typical' SL resident is not in the slightest bit interested in coming out of SL and trawling through pages of text to locate the place where they can post their complaints - a fact LL should consider when looking at the vast amount of reports that actually HAVE been made on this issue.
