When purchasing items from vendors, item is delivered, but does not appear in inventory. Same item does not appear in OBJECTS folder as instructed by LL. XCITE! CS employees have been informed.

I believe there are some articles in the Support Portal that deal with item delivery failures. Have you attempted to work through them yet first?
