This issue duplicates:

~~SVC-3806~~ Right click/sit doesn't work anymore inside the bounding box of a prim.

A region of SE Madhupak has "Sit Here" disabled.

I've rezzed two cubes at Madhupak 111, 65, 60. It is not possible to sit on the red cube to the east side of this point, but possible to sit on the blue cube on the west.

It is not possible to sit on any objects from this point all the way to the eastern border of the sim.

This effect can be observed to the south of this point, all the way to the southern boundary; and for some distance to the north as well.

This problem does not duplicate ~~SVC-3806~~ because there is no prim involved, mega or otherwise. We've searched everywhere for one.

Parcel/region specific issues should be handled by technical support at http://secondlife.com/support.

But there are sculpted megaprims owned by your neighbor on that side of the parcel that is probably causing this, they are orchids (DBD_Alexith Orchid_Mdm(nonFB)).
