Recently we've found that our sims frequently rev totally out of control, with hundreds of milliseconds of script time without any "griefer" devices being present. Scripts which normally use less than a fraction of 0.1ms will generate 8, 10, even 40 ms of script time. We have to get concierge to come turn off the simulators mono script engine and turn it back on to reset things. A normal sim restart doesn't fix the problem. Sometimes we need to return a mono script that is revving out of control. There needs to be some sort of governor on the maximum script time any one mono script can generate.
We frequently see simulators with 50 ms, even hundreds of milliseconds of script time lagging the sim so badly that its nearly impossible to teleport into the sim or out of it.
Our residents are very upset about the performance issues that result from this, as well as the problems for them and their customers to access their stores.
