Since the viewer release, we have been having trouble initiating group chats. When someone posts to certain groups, all members of the group online get an "Unable to post message to group. Chat session no longer exists." error. Not just the person posting ... EVERYONE gets the error message. Some of the LL CSRs have been saying this is a "known error" but yesterday and today are the first time I have ever seen this happen like this. It would be appreciated if someone could take a look and see if something can be done.
