 Description  « Hide
This is a very strange problem, I've encountered many weird bugs/glitches in sl but been on here over a year haven't seen anything like this. I've crashed many times before in a vehicle but this last couple of times I crashed and then after that any time I was in my home near where I crashed my camera would fix itse;f to where I had crashed earlier. Before I would be standing in my car which was still on the road and I got on the group chat and got one of the managers online to remove the vehicle and the skyjet I crashed in hoping it would fix it. The vehicles went back into my inventory fine but I'm still stuck on the road not able to move. So another person sent me this "stopallanimations" objects that's like a large green ball covering my face, but it fixed it and I can explore my home freely as long as I'm wearing it. If I'm at my home though and if I take it off the problem happens again within seconds. I've cleared my sl cache, uninstalled, reinstalled the problem still persists. I can do everything normal as long as I log in somewhere else other than my sl home but if I return the problem happens again and I have to wear the object to stop it. I hope you can help and know what I'm referring to, not sure if it's a known issue but due to the complexity of the problem it was hard to search for a solution.

Are you wearing any other scripted attachments, like a HUD for the vehicle, that could be controlling your camera position?

Just my AO, radar HUD and those kind of things. I wasn't using any HUD for my vehicles to control the camera though. I did just get a new pc, with 2x512 mb SLI video card and SLI motherboard. I have noticed some of the camera angles have gone kinda wacky at times..not sure if it's hardware related. I can't see how it is, it's mainly an animation issue because the objects stops the problem. It also says that 2 animations were stopped when I never start any. Is there a debug command to see what animations are running, so I can see which get dropped when I put it on?

Advanced->Character->Animation Info.

There is also World->Stop All Animations.

You can also right-click on yourself choose Take Off>->Detach All and prove that it is not anything you are wearing.

Yeah actually selecting "stop all animations" from the world menu did not work. I had to use an object that had a stop script in it and it fixed the problem. Also, I checked under my attachments and there was nothing out of the ordinary there either. This is had everyone at Cherry Tree Rentals in Jindalae scratching our heads because no one could figure out for the life of them what was happening.
