The spaceserver is probably the cause of these phantoms.

You can see a green dot on the big map, but not on the minimap.
On the sim "Cidade Maldita" there are 4 green dots at <0, 0, 0> but nothing is visible in-world.

Hmmm, the green dots on the big map and on the mini map are in agreement now.
The phantom objects at Dilemma City are still there, no green dot.
The 4 green dots at Cidade Maldita are normal avatars.

I look at this bug for two days with residents, and my viewer or other plant every time I click on that thing.

Hi , i'm the Estate owner of dilemma city , for more informations about this bug , we have restart the sim 2 time , and when the sim have restart the objets are alway here . Beginning only one objet and after in the day several items added . In an other part of the sim we have chairs and sometime when people sit on this chairs , we can see the avatar on the fantom but not all time .

The spaceserver looks good, I looked for green dots all over the map >_<

=======

About the objects at <0, 0, 0> Dilemma City:

-No object or agent is picked up by llSensor.
-The objects are all attachments. Hair, dresses, shoes, chains ...
-Some of the objects appear to be scripted. Hovering the mouse over them makes the mouse-pointer turn into a hand.
-Interacting with the objects in any way first freezes the viewer for a few seconds before it crashes.
-The first attempt to relog gives the error: "The region has begun the logout process"
-After that I got the 5 minute wait several times, without having to wait the full 5 minutes.

Here are some screenshots:

"0, 0, 0 Neptune": No visible objects, but there are beacons. Some beacons turn the mouse-pointer into a hand.
"0, 0, 0 Pollux" : Some objects, some beacons, and noone is sitting down on the sim.

=======

Yesterday I saw a couple dancing at <0, 0, 0> Apollo. The animations displayed normally. They were dancing elsewhere on the sim, and having a very good time. They couldn't hear me in local chat at <0, 0, 0>.

=======

The 1.21 viewer also sees the ghosts, but it crashes without the freeze, directly to desktop.

This bugs is related to old SVC-306 and new SVC-3867.

The possible cause an error message if the server try to erease an lost prims to <0,0,0> because is an bad sector.

Well, if i click on ghost prims my viewer crash instantaned. Because is not an existing prims
