This issue duplicates:

When attempting to teleport, am recieving multiple "unable to teleport" failures, even from stable sims. When I switch teleport to a different location (usually either Waterhead WA or my Home localtion, it sends me to an "invalid region" and logs me out of SL.

This has been happening for about a week and a half now.
