Create one prim with no transfer permisions and sell or give it to other avatar. The other avatar can not deed the prim to one group.

With this bug is impossible to sell parcel radios with copy and no transfer permissions.

Additionally the problem extends to if the prim contains a no transfer script in it. If so, you may also not deed the device to the group.

If it were not this way other group members would be able to take it once deeded, thereby violating the no transfer permission.

The "deed" means transference the ownership of an item to group. Therefor the "deed" requires transfer right.

This ability actually existed at one time, it seems to have been taken away in response to SVC-111, because deeded no-transfer objects when taken or returned were being just deleted, if only contents of the object were no transfer then the no transfer contents were deleted. VWR-725 (which this issue essentially duplicates) was a call to return the ability.

A object deeded to one group should "remember" who is the former owner. This way when the object is returned due the parcel's autoreturn the object back to the old owner. And of course, only the previous owner should be able to recover the object.
