Offered inventory by Objects and avatars sometimes does not get delivered at all.

Now this happened the second time, that I directly noticed it, becaus I logged in t accept exactly this inventory offer.

I get eMail, that there is an inventory offer. When I log in, I see, that IMs are capped and got through all offers and group notices left.
AFAIK only older messages should be cappend. So I would expect to get the latest offers.

But the offer (here both times a notecard) I wanted to accept is not there! Not in my Inventory and not offered to accept. Items offered before the searched one are arriving, but not the one offered half an hour ago only.

This seems similar to the issue reported here SVC-2359 Capped IMs can cause inventory loss

If you feel it is the same as SVC-2359, please update Affects Version/s, add your comments and vote to that issue.

This is related to the New Feature request SVC-2364 Seperate ImprovedInstantMessage Queues on server for offline messages to help avoid inventory loss due to capped IMs

As I do not know, how it is exactly working, I cannot say, if both bugs are the same. Maybe, LL publishes the code for sombody to have a look at?

In this case both where I noticed the problem lately have been offers by people on friendslist. INventory offered by friedns used to go to inventory automatically.

So this is not a duplicate.
