After researching and asking the Advanced Scripters Group it was suggested a Jira be opened to put the fact that scripters do not have a means to measure script performance unless they have Estate Manager, which very few do. Having a minimal method to see just Top Offenders would promote more efficient scripting and allow anyone to call out bad scripts out there rather than having that burden be only on the estate managers.
