Just throwing this out there. Would be nice to be able change particle effects on any prim from the root prim. With all the new Link commands we have gotten in the past year this would be a nice addition and a great script reducer. Sure there will be some type of delay from this function call. just please not over 0.2 seconds. Another thing in the long list of nice to haves.

I'm strongly in favor of this.

And I'd be fine if it were folded into llSet[Link]PrimitiveParams() and llGPrimitiveParams() using a fixed-order sequence of particle parameters.
