Repro:

1. Connect to externally hosted region.
2. Teleport to Vaak.
3. Shut down externally hosted region.
4. You're logged out of SL.

OpenSim regions are not properly removing agents.

Leyla: "namely that they don't derez you properly and when the OpenSim is restarting it still has you on it's agentlist, iterates through and sends you a kick_user message."

This is also related to the phantom agent issue.

Fixed with OGP OpenSim patches against r5946 and later.
