Open Grid Beta Viewer does not handle Region URLs with trailing '/'. It will construct URLs with '//' which return 404 errors.

After discussion with Gridnauts, this should probably be handled by AD and RD, since there's not guarantee that clients will clean up region URLs in the same way.
