See Screen Shot Tess Linden's Comment: I think the solution to this is that OpenSim regions cannot be placed directly adjacent to existing regions on the map. Also, we're going to have to work out where the vaak regions fall in relation to aditi ones. As long as those 4 aditi regions don't intersect or adjacent to any of the vaak regions, we're safe. Also, we can't have everyone external OpenSim region hit the same region_x, region_y because that will cause problems if people teleport between them.
