At present Estate Managers cannot Update (add to) Parcel Access and Ban. They can't return objects using 'About Land' and in the Region / Estate option there's no way to list what people have in the parcel, and return all their stuff.
Estate Managers should have Parcel power, able to;
- Update Parcel access and Ban Lists
- Change Media
- Use the Return function on 'About Land'
- Rename a Parcel
