Had landholding tag on which is what we can build with on land that has build turned off since update. it dosnt work with us using the landholding tag

[18:24] Can't rez object 'Cardassian Beam' at { 36.0668, 63.8571, 101.109 } on parcel 'Galaxy Market' in region Constellation because you are not allowed on the parcel.

This should be marked showstopper! It breaks a lot of content. I got calls from many customers whose multi-pose furniture all of a sudden stopped working. Turns out furniture that rezzes poseballs is unable to function if its not set to the group the land belongs to.

So its not only the active group of the avatar, also the group of objects that rez other objects.
