The sim where my store is (Seymour) was updated to Second Life Server 1.22.2.89099 today. I logged in and every 2 minutes I get a pair of system blue messages (bottom right), each telling me that "Can't rez object '~ball' at { 207.031, 174.877, 250.749 } on parcel 'LOW PRIM FURNITURE with STYLE at PRIM SAVERS low prim furniture' in region Seymour because you are not allowed on the parcel." The message also appears twice each time in my Chat box. I've looked at the location and it's a poseball bed that I own, in a skybox that I own, and over land that's owned by the group that I own, so obviously I am allowed on the parcel. Nobody is trying to use the bed in any way, so nobody is trying to cause the balls to rez. I've reset the bed completely, but it doesn't stop the messages every 2 minutes. I own many more poseball beds on the parcel, plus many other things that produce poseballs, but I'm getting the messages about just the the one item.

Objects on group owned land MUST now be set to the correct group or they give this error message. You also get this message when you attempt to rez an object from inventory without the correct group active. However you CAN build without the correct group active.

The issue is a little more that what it appears on the surface. You have to have the group tag active and the land must have Create Objects: Group active. Once that is done you can rez. However, that breaks the group Always Allow 'Create Object' setting as members that don't have that right can now create objects and rez them as well.

As it sits these would be the definitions for the options:
About Land --> Options --> Create Objects: Group > Always allow rez and create of objects regardless of group settings.
Group --> Abilities --> Parcel Powers --> Always Allow 'Create Object' > Does not function. You need to use the About Land --> Options screen to control this.

This does not appear to be correct. Just guessing, I think this would be better:
About Land --> Options --> Create Objects: Group > Allow group members that have been given the right to create objects to rez objects and create new ones. Turn this off if you want no group members to be able to rez or create. Note: Owner maintains that right OR maintains the right to change the setting, not sure the correct answer on this.
Group --> Abilities --> Parcel Powers --> Always Allow 'Create Object' > Controls who has the right to create and rez objects. This right is assigned to roles with group memebers are then assigned too.

Cheta's description is more accurate. I used to be able to rez objects on our Group owned land without wearing my tag. Now, if I rez an object without the tag, it gives the error message described (not allowed on the parcel) and I can't rez. Wearing the tag corrects this but as Cheta says, it appears to have borked other stuff.

I have create a separate JIRA issue to address the group settings being ignored. It is http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-2489.
