June 1, 2008, my friend Kiril Alturas, purchased for me as a gift through SLexchange a Kama Sutra HUD (3,750L).

While I was online at the time, I was in busy mode, and he wasn't aware of that and that deliveries from SLExchange do not go into trash as inworld deliveries do.

This is a modify/transfer only item and support has been contacted through both SLExchange and the Merchant.

I have been requested to file this 'bug' with JIRA in order to receive re-delivery of the product.

I have no idea who can make this work - be it LL or SLExchange - but, can deliveries while in busy mode, not be sent to trash folder, just as inworld deliveries are?

Sorry Ellla, you would be wrong. I know exactly what SLExchange (now Xstreet) told me to do. It was SLExchange that told me to file on JIRA – they just didn't give me the right reference to file under.
