LSL Enhancement - llTopParcelColliders/llTopParcelScripts

Please, please provide these calls!

We are seeing way too many laggy scripts and high-rate collisions, probably because developers without estate level rights do not have access to the estate level tools necessary to measure what they are actually doing. Lag is everyone's responsibility and raising awareness of it will go a long way to combating it.

With these two calls, tools can be developed to help other developers and residents monitor their own impact on sim performance. As an estate manager, it is almost impossible to explain to a resident that the new toy they just bought is dragging down all of the sim. This would help.

It would also help if llMyColliders/llMyScripts were added.

I wholeheartedly agree that scripters across SL need access to this information without finding a connection to get EM status somewhere, which just isn't going to happen for most users. It needs to be available on mainland as well as estate.
