Linden Lab Issue ID: DEV-14573

 Description  « Hide
Setup:
Start in a Mono channel region that is adjacent to another Mono channel region. God rez and attach the item 'Glasses' via UUID 64c451ce-7d4a-872c-62f1-aecc8614b38b.

Repro:
1) Open the contents of the Glasses and confirm that the script 'textureUV slide' throws the 'missing from database' error when you attempt to open it.
2) Leave edit mode and attach the glasses. You should see animated scrolling eye texture.
3) Cross the region boundary.

Results:
"Failed to create script, unrecognised bytecode format" error occurs every time you cross a Mono region boundary. This also happens with another piece of content owned by this resident, an RV with a wheel control script that is also 'missing from database'.

Using god tools to rez 64c451ce-7d4a-872c-62f1-aecc8614b38b resulted in "Unable to create requested object. Object is missing from database".

Babbage, I am sending you information about the account that must be hijacked to repro this. The resident has given us the ok to hijack his account to test this.

This is fairly critical because, unfortunately, many items have components that are "missing from database".

Babbage I saw your request for a missing from database script, I sent you a full perms one I happened to have on the beta grid. Let me know if you don't receive it.
