Description

Repro:
1) In a Mono region, rez a vehicle for which you have permission to recompile scripts, and recompile it's scripts to Mono.
2) Drive the vehicle across a region boundary into a Second Life Server region.
3) Stand Up from the vehicle.

Results:
Your avatar can not fully navigate, because the controls permissions have not been returned. The Mono vehicle cannot return controls after it has entered a SL Server region due to it's bytecode not being recognized.
You need to relog or use another means to restore avatar controls, such as an overrider or another vehicle.

Expected results:
The controls should be returned/released upon entering the Second Life server region, or returned upon dismount.

This should behave in exactly the same way as driving a vehicle in to a parcel with scripts disabled. Does it?

No, it doesn't.

On agni, when you drive a vehicle onto a no script parcel, the vehicle will work until you step out of it (should it?). Control permissions are given back to you from the vehicle. The vehicle no longer works on that parcel. You get back into it, it doesnt respond, but you can move your avatar around normally.

What we're seeing in the SL Server region is a bug. Control permissions must be returned to the avatar from the script.

As we're planning on rolling out Mono across all regions on agni in a single deploy, this bug does not need fixing. We should make sure we message the possibility of it being an issue during the roll out.
