Linden Lab Issue ID: DEV-14068

 Description  « Hide
Mises North, when empty and I was the only agent present, was seeing cyclic time dilation down to about 0.20, no more often than once every 10 minutes.

Mises West also exhibited this behavior.

Here's some statistics from Mises East, which is currently empty, save for this script to record dilation events:

These events are Time Dilation < 0.5 that lasted longer than 0.1 seconds, polled every 5 seconds.

All times are PM Eastern Time.

4:19
5:36
6:05 (This one lasted long enough to register on multiple 5 second
intervals)
6:16
7:37
7:46

Further data collection has indicated this happening about 7 to 12 times per hour.
