All Neva Naughty Designs customers who experience issues with stale purchases, asset failure and complain of not having received the product they purchased will be directed to this JIRA Issue Tracker. We hope that this will concentrate efforts to resolve the issues at hand instead of flooding the JIRA tracker and wasting efforts trying to clean it up.

1. VOTE on the Issue.

2. COMMENT on the issue: Include the Transaction Number of the failed delivery. (This can be found by logging onto the Website, under your account > transactions.)

3. List the Date & Time of the failed delivery, as well as the name of the product you were trying to purchase.

(If it was a SexXx Drive Product, please note the following in your comment: "SexXx Drive Product, content extensive, 8 scripts and 80+ Animations," as this will alert issue watchers of whether or not asset issues occur when the product being bought is a "major download".)

4. Please include as much detail as possible, including but not limited to: your operating system, the viewer version, the type of video card you have, were there any peculiar issues in SL at the time and other debugging information.

5. Dont forget to save your comment to notepad or notecard, as you will need it for the instructions we sent.

• • • NOTE TO ISSUE WATCHERS: This is to address the isssue we have with customers complaining of failed delivery and stale transactions resulting from asset failures and other inventory overloads.

We do not use vendors, with a small exception of 1 or 2 vendors on the region, most items are bought directly through mechanisms in place by Linden Labs. Ie: "Buy" function from the pie menu.

Items are placed for sale and resident must buy to receive product. There are no special split scripts or other sorts of interference, its purely an asset issue. Unfortunately, it is not limited to any particular object. And the number of failed or stale transactions vary considerably. Sometimes we go days without issue and other days we are slammed with issues left and right.

More unfortunate is, some residents fail to see how LL should be held accountable and not merchants. It more often than not becomes and issue of: "You have my money, give me my product - bug reports are a waste of time."

And so our 2 -fold purpose of this JIRA Issue becomes:

1. We hope residents will see, that we are working with Linden Labs to resolve issues and make this game better overall. And blaming us, yelling at us and outright harassing us, wont make this issue go away.

2. We hope Linden Labs will realize how much these issues actually impact our daily business and how much time we spend a day re-directing customers and sweeping after muddy asset servers.
