I am pretty up to date on inventory loss issues and I have searched the Jira. This appears to be different from all the inventory loss issues I have found here or in my in world experiences. The first time this happened I right clicked an outfit folder and selected replace outfit. I then noticed the attachment to the lower right leg hadn't appeared. I opened the folder and the item did NOT show as worn. I waited a while and got no error message. I right clicked the item and selected wear. Nothing happened. I tried to drag the item to the ground from inventory. Nothing. The item eventually vanished from my inventory. I thought it was an isolated incident so I just forgot about it (although it was one of my fave outfits and is unusable now...pout!) that was a few weeks ago. I just went through my inventory last night looking for something and I found quite a few items displaying the same behavior. They show in the inventory list but you cannot attach them or rez them to the ground. It seems a bit like that bug last June where items that failed to rez were still listed in inventory but effectively gone from the data base. I haven't found any connection as to what type of items do this except that so far it seems to be attachments. Sometimes a lower arm, sometimes a skirt, sometimes a shoe. Once it fails to rez like this it never rezzes again. If it is a no copy item it is effectively lost. I have seen this happen with both copy and no copy items There is never any kind of error message. No "cannot create object" nor "Object missing from database" when an effected, no copy item is dragged from inventory to ground it may vanish momentarily from the inventory list then it returns and never shows in world...or it may permanently vanish from inventory list and still not show in world. Sorry I don't have any good steps to reproduce this. It is seemingly random at the moment. Edit: I just ran a test. If I try to wear one of these broken attachments, I can immediately wear a different attachment on the same attach point with no "pending" error. When something is already attached to the attach point, and I attempt to wear a broken attachment the existing attachment doesn't remove. If I specifically choose an attach point from the right click menu on a broken attachment I do get the box asking if I want to replace the existing attachment but then it still doesn't do it.
