OPEN GROUP CHAT of Fashion Emergency, Give It Away, Lucky Kitty Crew and VAIN, all have BLANK screens. If you type you do NOT see any postings, nor anyone else speaking.

This is a new issue, due to the fact previously, it was you couldn't post without receiving a RECIPIENT ERROR, or if you didn't have a group open that you belonged to you were flashed a different ERROR and it closed out the chat window of the GROUP it disrupted.

This has been going on a MONTH now, and I would highly suggest you take the age old wisdom of your college professor who stated BACK UP BACK UP BACK UP. Meaning, the person who handed the GROUP CHAT coding, should have made a back up for situations such as this.

Today it took me 10 times to cut and paste earlier the same thing in my group GIVE IT AWAY before I finally didn't get an error and it posted it.

NOW today, not only do we get a BLANK screen, then we get hit with lag 15 -20 mins later when everything previously scrolls by.

Sometimes to the point of disconnection of one's avatar waiting.

So are they better? Um....NO?

They if anything are WORSE.

Because yesterday I didn't have my screen BLANK OUT on me. Now, its a constant reminder that had SL be a CORPORATE company for someone doing business with another Company, the OTHER company would probably look elsewhere for a more solid and reliable source for their business.

So my question is, will this be resolved before the END of July if not before, in the year 2009?

Sorry, but my patience is running a tad bit thin, considering that my group is about sharing and networking and we cannot do neither for almost a month now.

AS OF NOW, I CANNOT CHAT AT ALL unless it is to someone in IM. ALL I SEE IS A BLANK SCREEN in GROUPS where I should be able to CHAT!

why is this issue closed???? groupchat is still problematic....... also since today i look like a newbie even after clearing cache and relogging several times...ugh!

Luna, this issue was closed as it is a duplicate and we are aware of the issue and currently working on it. It is neccessary we close duplicates so that we keep Pjira orderly and are able to keep the information limited to the main issues where we can look for details and respond back.
