 Description  « Hide
Use a sit-on-moving-prim-teleporter to get into a skybox. If the prim unsites the traver slightly inside the floor havok1 will push them up though the floor. Havok4 will push them down though the floor.

The same happens if the agent arrives inside the teleporters landing pad. they are pushed back down though the pad and then back down through the floor.

While this seem minor it will create serious issues for all those who already have rezzed teleporters with landing pads.

Agents should be pushed UP through objects they are colliding with so they do not fall through floors.

An example with the problem can be found at the below link. Only a linden in god mode will be able to avoid the security device at this location. secondlife:///app/teleport/Captains%20Isles%202/73/83/733

Hard to tell if this a duplicate of SVC-1268 or just related so I will leave it up to the OP. But this should be a SVC issue.

Downgraded to normal as the issue does not fit the description of major. "Major loss or impairment of function, including rarer crashes."

Further, correct positioning of landing area prims would resolve the issue entirely, and not rely upon the behavior of avatars intersecting objects.

This issue was a major problem as it effected content that was already in world and working correctly under havok1.

This issue was fixed some time ago and should have been closed.

It is interesting that 'some people' managed to find this old old old issue. They must have been searching on my name to do so.
