I have noticed this problem originally in the region, FurNation World Mall when my holo vendor that uses temp on rez stopped working and began spitting out "parcel full" messages in the Script Warning/Error Window. This was about 3 weeks ago.
Our region Eternal Calm joined the Havok4 live grid testing and the same problem is affecting us there now. All objects that have been set as temp on rez are counting towards the parcels prim limits.
Expected: Temp on rez objects should not count towards a parcels prim limits.
What actually happens: Temp on rez objects count towards a parcels prim limits.
Sorry if there is a duplicate entry about this bug but I did search the JIRA before posting and didn't see one.
