Reopening issue, since it is unfixed and was incorrectly marked as a duplicate of SVC-1166, which is an unrelated bug regarding the sim prim limit.

Upgrading priority to critical. If Havok4 gets released with this still broken, it's going to majorly break holovendors all over the grid.

Although it may look different, there is a single check point for "can we add this object here" that verifies both region and parcel limits, and which had a logic error in one case. I fixed this internally last week, it should go out with the next update.

I am having this problem. If my flying object enters a parcel that allows object entry and also allows Create Objects but the prim capacity is full, the rezzed objects get returned to my lost and found.
It was my understanding that there was a cushion above "full" to allow visitors to rez objects if "Create Objects" is permitted. I solved the problem pending a fix:- The objects it rezzes get linked to the ship. So after an attempt it checks to see that the Prim Count has increased. If not it suspends re-loading to save filling up the Lost and Found inventory.

There is no cushion for normal prims. There is only an extra allowance for temporary prims.
