Everytime me or my friends TP we all Crash

I have the same problem, not being able to tp from one sim to another or even cross reigons joined together. The adjacent sim is either not visible or I am disconnected up on trying to enter the adjoining sim on foot.

Please see this article in Knowledge Base I'm having navigation issues > I'm having trouble teleporting and the Video Troubleshooting teleporting

Please try right-clicking on yourself and selecting Take Off > Detach All to remove your attachments. Then, try relogging. Scripted attachments have the ability to affect your avatar's movement.

Please try unplugging your modems and routers for a full minute, then plug them back in and log back into Second Life.

Please check your network connection How do I check for packet loss (network lag)? and Unusually restrictive firewalls block teleporting

If you still have an issue, and see this Error Message, please add your comment and vote on the main issue, "You have been logged out of Second Life: You have been disconnected from the region you were in" SVC-3259

  • full computer environment Help > About Second Life
  • ISP and what kind of DSL/Cable modem you have
  • how you connect to the internet (wired/wireless)
