Please develop a system that allows verification of the person owning the account world wide without the need of credit card or paypal. This should be adding a verified address into the database to be able to be no longer "no payment info on file". There are many SL residents who do not have a credit card and also registering using paypal fails. The new method should be able to verify the legal address of the account, should it be by sending a snail mail to that address or being verified by a trusted entity in the country. This could work similar to cacert.org. This would be a relief to those, who cannot get payment info on file and yet a way to counter griefing, as this would add another account status between payment info on file and unverified.
