We'd like to merge in all of the changes from 1.23 into the http-texture branch, so that we pick up the benefit of the work that has gone into stabilizing that branch.

This is done: 1.23 is merged into that branch as of svn r2166

As a policy, we (Open Source developers) do not develop in the "branches" subtree (reserved for LL stuff exported toward the OS community), we only develop in "projects".

The commit I'm pointing to then is the merge of the "branches" to the "projects".
