AimeeT points out "hmm, getting log spam since the translator went in

The chat spam is caused by some stub code in indra/newview/llviewermessage.cpp process_chat_from_simulator(). This was added as part of ~~SNOW-93~~. The original request from the designer was to get a simulator feature added with the language in it. It looks like it fails gracefully-ish....chat spam is all that we seem to be getting, but that's still something we should probably do something a little more kosher with.
