Right now, in order for a parcel owner to allow other users to place objects on a parcel, the other user must be a member of a group to which the land has been set for permissions to place objects. With the current 25-group limit, this is quite difficult for people with shops in multiple locations owned by others. The land properties window currently has access and ban tabs into which individual users can be added. To reduce the load upon the database servers, it would be helpful if there were also an "Allow Object Placement" tab into which a parcel owner could place individuals that need to place vendors or objects for sale.

This shouldn't replace the existing check box to allow group access, but rather it should augment it. That way, people would not need to be a member of a group just to place objects. Rental kiosks could be modified to place the current renter into this list, thereby making management by the owner much simpler.
