For a flying, driving, or sailing traveller, the vehicle's instant-blocking is a really boring thing: properly highlighting blocking regions greatly helps in avoiding them.

I propose to introduce one or more methods to improve the visibility of blocked parcels/lands/sims because of the actual one seems hard to recognize to me when flying, sailing or driving, at mid-to-high speeds and the consequences are bothering also.

Alternative methods may be:

1) a View menu's switch which can be set to highlight the whole blocked region's volume, as one can "highlight (full) transparent objects": the whole blocked region will be sorrounded by a not-so-transparent red layer so one can see it from far away.

2) a Main Map's switch to enable sorrounding blocked regions with a red border (or cover them with a red filled box).

3) a MiniMap switch to enable the same thing as (2) but with the MM's update speed.

Additionally I suggest to default the blocking action as "bounce", the same way one will be bounced away from a sim border while getting in an empty one, instead of rude-blocking vehicles shutting down scripts.
