This is a bug that's been plaguing me, and I'm willing to wager this report, all vehicle owners, especially pilots, for a very long time. When crossing a border onto a full parcel, I get a message that my vehicle's been returned, but it shows me in the dead vehicle either floating off into the distance or stuck in space. When I try to cam around, the cam goes wonky, and I can't stand up, move at all, or even teleport out. For all intents and purposes, SL is dead, and must be restarted. There MUST be a better way to deal with this. It used to happen with restricted parcels as well, not sure if it still does. If you could at least bounce the vehicle back over the border instead, it'd be so much more convenient, because I could go around that parcel and cross elsewhere along the border, rather than restarting SL, logging in, finding a place to rez another vehicle, and having to fly back there from the rezzing place, which sometimes can be whole sims away.
