Folder "My Inventory" Disappear after cleaning cache

Since yesterday the "my inventory" folder has vanished. It is not empty, but completely disappear. I can only see the "library"-folder.
When I use the search in the inventory, I can see, that it starts to fetch the items, but when it reaches about 3.200 objects, I always crash.
I've tried to clear the cache, I had also uninstall and install SL again, cleaning the cache manually, log in an empty area but nothing works.
And I've already sent a support ticket to LL, but got no response.
I also crash if someone is trying to give me objects and if I try to use the map.
The last time I had my inventory was on tuesday at about 7am SLT in front of the lucky 13 in KUSH 44, 174, 23.
What should I do?
