In many cases, when people buy an item it does not arrive. It happened to me many times when shopping, and customers complain about non arriving items after paying for the item. People pay for an item and it never arrives.
Some observations:
- This error is different from the main inventory missing error, since half of the items which are not delivered are never found back, even after 4 months
- This bug happens (too) in items which are bought with the 'buy' option where no script is, so it cannot be because of a faulty script

[ I'm keeping an eye on this in hopes of further discerning if this was a temporary problem with recent Grid issues, or a new bug.
I know things like this are difficult to reproduce but if anyone figures a way to reliably make this happen, please let us know. In the meantime, others affected should also share their details here. Please continue to report:
* The names of affected Residents (both the buyer and the seller)
* The region where this happened
* The exact item name
* Date and time of the purchase.

Description
|
In many cases, when people buy an item it does not arrive. It happened to me many times when shopping, and customers complain about non arriving items after paying for the item. People pay for an item and it never arrives.
Some observations:
* This error is different from the main inventory missing error, since half of the items which are not delivered are never found back, even after 4 months
* This bug happens (too) in items which are bought with the 'buy' option where no script is, so it cannot be because of a faulty script

I spent a long time browsing on Armory Island. I figured out everything I wanted to buy. Then went around and bought about 8 or 9 items. Each one went through the motions as if it was in my inventory, (with the blue pop-up saying I had received it) but after buying everything I started looking and couldn't find any of it. The time was 10:30AM central time today on Aug.11th. I went through all the suggestions, I've cleared my cache at least 10 times, and changed cache folders, relogged, waited for many hours, camped, wasted alot of time, my inventory reloads, but the items aren't there and my money is gone. Now I have to contact each vendor for each item, wait until they get the IM because they are off line. And hope they will help me.
I again went around armory island and took note of everything I can remember buying. It isn't everything because I had 10,000 and spent almost all of it. And this only adds up to 9122.
